Geographic Scope

Our focus is the Mu Ko Samui region — an interconnected archipelago and coastal system in the Gulf of Thailand.

This includes:

  • Koh Samui
  • Koh Pha Ngan
  • Koh Tao
  • Surrounding island communities
  • The mainland district of Khanom

This regional approach enables cross-community collaboration and long-term system development.
