Current Status

Charoen Watthana is currently in the process of establishing a legally registered foundation in Thailand.

At this stage:

  • We are not yet a registered nonprofit entity
  • We do not accept public donations
  • We do not conduct regulated activities
  • We do not operate formal programs

Compliance Commitment

We are fully committed to operating in accordance with Thai law and regulatory requirements.

This includes:

  • Formal foundation registration under Thai jurisdiction
  • Transparent governance and board oversight
  • Compliant financial and operational structures
  • Responsible and phased program implementation

Funding Approach

Charoen Watthana does not conduct public fundraising or accept unsolicited donations.

Support for the establishment of the foundation is pursued exclusively through:

  • Institutional partnerships
  • Private sponsorship discussions

All financial arrangements will be structured in full compliance with applicable laws.

Future Operations

All programs, services, and activities will commence only after:

  • Legal registration is completed
  • Required approvals are obtained
  • Proper governance and operational structures are in place

Geographic Scope

The initiative is focused on the Mu Ko Samui region, an interconnected system of islands and mainland communities in Southern Thailand.
